The home was designed by Kukk Architecture & Design, and built by Refined Builders & Construction in collaboration with Lisa Kahn Designs.
The interior palette with organic theme takes inspiration from the foliage and the waterway. All of the main rooms open to a covered veranda with unobstructed water view.
Natural light filters into the great room including a glass wine room which serves as a backdrop to the open kitchen and living area. On the other side of the wine room across the hallway, a wet bar features walnut cabinetry and quartzite countertop.
