It is challenging to make a 425 square foot tiny apartment functional and look spacious. This micro loft apartment in Manhattan’s Upper West Side located at West 73rd Street was cleverly designed by Spect Harpman Architects.
In order to accommodate all one might need for an apartment, “living platforms” were created. The multiple layers of “rooms” make the vertical space very bright and open.
Under the stairs storage cabinets make full use of every inch of space.
There is even an upper floor staircase leading to a small private garden.

Retirement dream home, just needs one extra room and an inclosed lap pool ! Won't have to clean all the time so I'll have plenty of time to do a small garden and keep the pool clean. Jack could even build this in a few weeks by himself with a lil' help from Angel and I. Oh yeah! Still leave plenty of room for a boat and jet ski's.
