D. Stanley Dixon Architect and landscape designer Howard Design Studio collaborated on the renovation project.
The new backyard oasis includes a Dutch Colonial style pool house and a loggia connecting it to a fieldstone structure in front of the patio.
The cedar shake shingles, gambrel roof and arched window of the pool house were designed to match the front-facing gambrel roofline and façade of the main residence.
