Built on a small hill surrounded by tall tress, this cottage in the rural area of Snegiri near Moscow, Russia is designed to fit the landscape. Architect Carlson & Co made the house part of the landscape by inserting it into the hill with terraces, maximizing its natural environment. Light stone and natural wood are used for the house itself to blend in with its surroundings.
