The first floor of the old chapel has been transformed into the main dining room. A gallery above overlooks the dining room through two small balconies. The minimalist interior decor provides a natural and attractive balance to the brick walls of the old structure.

Located in Northern Italy, this attic apartment in an old building had a renovation done by Studio Damilano. The 240 sq. m. (2583 sq. ft.) apartment has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room and a kitchen. There is also an area for a grand piano under a stylishly designed skylight. A glass wall separates the bed and the bath tub, creating an open feel in a narrow room.
Palazzo Positano – A Luxury Baroque Style Villa
Perched high on the hill in Positano on the Amalfi Coast in Italy, Palazzo Positano was originally a 17th century Monastery and Episcopal residence. The property has been completely renovated and is now a luxury villa. Baroque architecture and interior decorations such as painted ceilings, lacquered doors, wood furniture and stucco-works have been carefully restored, even the original altar in the private chapel was kept. The sunny terraces have breathtaking panoramic views of the picturesque town and the Mediterranean sea. The villa also has a private spa with heated pool and Turkish Bath making it the ultimate retreat.

Ristorante “Il Riccio” located on the island of Capri in Italy became part of the Capri Palace Hotel & Spa under new ownership, and a major renovation returned it to a Mediterranean stylish hangout. In the 1960s, it was a popular eatery under the name of Add’o Riccio, which was visited by people like Jackie Kennedy. The new owner wanted a traditional Mediterranean ambience of the 1950s and 1960s. The restaurant interior design by Marco De Luca features a white and blue colour scheme with Mediterranean wood furnishings, and mosaic tiles create an atmosphere emblematic of Capri.

The Dolomites House in the Dolomite mountains in the Italian Alps at the border between Italy and Austria was remodelled by JM Architecture. Everything has been custom designed, from the kitchen to the see-though-the outside gas fireplace. The bright and open concept of the house is enhanced by custom built maple wood floor. The large glass sliding doors create interaction between indoor and outdoor. In the garden, tall wood walls and ipe wood deck surround the house. The sunbathing platform with a Jacuzzi completes this contemporary Alpine home.
