The most expensive house in San Francisco, California is a Pacific Heights mansion originally built in 1901 with Beaux-Arts façade.
Noted architect James Dunn designed the original property, which has been completely transformed into a 21st century masterpiece by architect Paul McClean.
The 9,095 sq. ft. home boasts seven bedrooms and seven baths. The property is perfectly situated to take full advantage of the unobstructed views of the Golden Gate Bridge and San Francisco Bay.
While all the exterior intricate details have been preserved, the interior space has been reimagined and reconstructed, including a new elliptical staircase with glass banister.
The top floor terrace has an infinity-edge plunge pool and provides amazing views of the city.
