This unique private residence in the Verdun neighbourhood of Montreal, Quebec, Canada used to be a tire shop in a building originally constructed in 1920.
Designers Mark Fekete and Viviana de Loera of MARK+VIVI decided to transform the 800 sq. ft. industrial space into a modern home and use the space for work as well to eliminate wasted time commuting daily.
The new design of the interior is playful, smart and efficient.
