This 40 sqm (430 sq. ft.) studio apartment in Moscow, Russia was designed by INT2 Architecture to maximize functional space.
The efficient design managed to include a bedroom, working area, living room, dining room, kitchen, bar table in the enclosed sunroom, walk-in closet in the hallway, bathroom and even a small laundry.
