Bougainvillea Row House is a modern terraced house in Woollahra, New South Wales, Australia, in the eastern suburbs of Sydney.
Designed by Luigi Rosselli Architects, the entry courtyard is dominated by an established bougainvillea plant and overlooked by a balconet or “Juliet Balcony”. The house has three storeys compacted at the front of the house and two taller storeys containing a living room and the lightwell at the back. The living room is on a split level, with the Carrara marble kitchen bench straddling across two levels.
