Alaska Surf Shack is a modern earthquake-proof home designed by Studio Zerbey Architects on the north shore of Resurrection Bay just south of Seward, Alaska.
Due to the location being in a high level earthquake zone, the 1,725 sf modern waterfront home is built-up off the ground to handle local flood and tsunami hazards.
