Jensen Huang, the co-founder and CEO of Nvidia, purchased a mansion in San Francisco, California for $38 million in 2017. His real estate portfolio also includes an oceanfront home in Hawaii and a luxury estate in Los Altos Hills.
Huang, a Taiwanese immigrant, rose to Silicon Valley prominence to achieve the ultimate American dream.
Born in Taiwan, he moved with his family to Thailand before relocating to the U.S. to attend a boarding school in Kentucky. He later graduated from Oregon State University, where he met his wife, Lori.
The couple eventually settled in San Jose, California, where Huang began his career in the tech industry. In 1993, he founded Nvidia, a company that would become a leader in graphics processing technology.
The tech billionaire has invested approximately $55 million in real estate since the late 1980s.
Nvidia’s success allowed Huang to move to Los Altos Hills, an affluent enclave near Nvidia’s headquarters.
In 2004, the Huangs expanded their holdings with a sprawling estate on Maui. Situated in a prestigious resort community, the property features stunning ocean views and world-class amenities.
Public records indicate that the Huangs are also connected to a mansion atop Billionaire’s Row, a prestigious enclave in San Francisco’s Pacific Heights. This impressive modern marvel enjoys breathtaking views of the Golden Gate Bridge.
