Jennifer Lopez paid around $22 million for a stunning luxury penthouse overlooking Madison Square Park located at The Whitman building at 21 East 26th Street in NoMad.
The Whitman is a pre-war Georgian-style building originally built in 1924. It houses four newly designed units and stretches an entire block between E. 26th and E. 27th street. Lopez’s penthouse is on the 5th and 6th floor, and Chelsea Clinton is one of her neighbours.
The magnificent 6,540-square-foot penthouse duplex features four bedrooms, six full bathrooms and two half bathrooms. With over 6,500 square feet of interior space and four terraces totaling over 3,000 square feet.
