Amazon founder Jeff Bezos has made headlines with his acquisition of the legendary Jack Warner Estate in Beverly Hills, California.
The historic 10-acre Benedict Canyon property was purchased from media mogul David Geffen in 2020 for a record-breaking $165 million, making it one of the most expensive real estate transactions in Los Angeles history.
Originally designed in the 1930s by renowned architect Roland Coate, the Georgian-style mansion was built for Jack L. Warner, co-founder of Warner Bros.. The estate, a symbol of Hollywood’s Golden Age, is famous for its Neoclassical architecture.

The Benedict Canyon estate features a 13,600-square-foot main residence, multiple guest houses, extensive gardens, a golf course, tennis courts, and a pool complex, all secured by a sophisticated system including high-security tall hedgerows.
Bezos has been renovating and expanding his Beverly Hills property, continuing the estate’s evolution while preserving its storied past.
