The Biebers purchased a 1930s Monterey Colonial home in Beverly Hills, California named “The Tropics” for a cool $8.5 million.
Located north of Sunset Boulevard in Beverly Hills, the 6,132-square-foot brick house was originally built in 1932. The refurbished transitional style home has 5 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, a sunken family room, and a bright kitchen with a large center island and white oak cabinetry. The lower level has a home theater, a wood-paneled library, an Art Deco wet bar, wine cellar and a home theater.
The family room and gourmet kitchen all open to the backyard which features an infinity edge swimming pool and a cabana with a fireplace. The cozy front courtyard has a fire pit surrounded by olive trees.
