The historical Waddy Wood mansion at 2449 Tracy Place NW in the prestigious Kalorama neighbourhood in Washington, D.C. is the new home of Ivanka Trump, her husband Jared Kushner and their children.
The renovated house was originally built in 1923 and is just blocks from Obama’s post-White House residence.
A complete modernization of the 7,000 square foot property was done in 2014 by renowned architect Christian Zapatka. The contemporary interior is filled with light, has an open floor plan, five fireplaces, 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, 1 half bath, five completely remodelled fireplaces and outdoor entertaining terraces.
