Pop star Demi Lovato found her dream home in Los Angeles, California amidst the real estate boom fueled by the pandemic’s stay-at-home orders.
The sprawling 8,500-square-foot Studio City farmhouse has six bedrooms and seven bathrooms, offering a blank canvas for self-expression. It became the birthplace of her eighth album, “Holy Fvck,” marking a pivotal moment in her career and personal evolution.
Lovato’s collaboration with Argyle Design’s Kat Bell and James Drew was driven by a shared vision and a mutual commitment to encapsulate Lovato’s personality through maximalist design and eclectic pairings, infusing the home with vibrant energy.
Everything in the house is kind of psychedelic and super trippy. The whimsical “Shroom Room” with a rainbow custom-made modular sectional set showcases her unique tastes.
The backyard pool area features a theater screen that pulls down. You can watch movies from the bed, from inside the hot tub, or in the pool.
