Adele is reportedly the new owner of this stunning estate located at 30 Beverly Park Terrace, Beverly Hills, California, the former home of Sylvester Stallone.
The original asking price of the property was $110 million which was reduced to $85 million, but Adele eventually scooped it up for a cool $58 million.
The contemporary Mediterranean-style estate was built in 1994 by architect Richard Landry. It sits on 3.5 acres within North Beverly Park, an exclusive world-class celebrity enclave.

The 21,000-square-foot home consists of a main house and a guest house with a total of 8 bedrooms and 12 bathrooms as well as a library/office under a barrel-vaulted ceiling, a formal dining room, a massive chef’s kitchen, a gym and a home theater.
The spectacular resort-style setting outside with sprawling lawns, patios, putting green, features an impressive infinity pool and spa overlooking the shimmering vistas of the city and canyon below.
