The restoration of this Spanish style house at 2050 Garden Street on historic Crocker Row Estates in Santa Barbara, California showcases high caliber of workmanship.
The award-winning project by Harrison Design in collaboration with Giffin & Crane and Lindsay Hunter Design rehabilitated the 120-year-old Mediterranean style luxury home originally designed by architect Arthur Page Brown.
In addition to the comprehensive remodeling of the house, an outdoor living area with trellised loggia and a fireplace was created. The private backyard features a courtyard and fountain.
Inside the home, the quatrefoil on the upper level inspired a new library with custom bookcases.
