A newly constructed lakefront home in Sunapee, New Hampshire offers a perfect setting for family gatherings and relaxed summer days.
The classic lake house on Lake Sunapee was designed by Charles R. Myer & Partners in collaboration with KVC Builders, Marc-Michaels Interior Design and Pellettieri Associates.
For maximum privacy and stunning lake views, the property was strategically built near the shore. The existing private road was cleverly rerouted to create a serene two-acre meadow, further enhancing the tranquility of the lakeside retreat.
The heart of the 6,000-square-foot summer house is a large central gathering room overlooking the water. There’s a “pub” area, a screened porch, a primary suite, and children’s rooms with a sleeping porch.
