This tropical style coastal vacation home in Anna Maria, Florida offers a breezy and idyllic atmosphere. The owner wanted a unique house on the prime real estate location on Bimini Bay.
Cooper Johnson Smith Peterson Architects and Town Planners (CJSP) designed the façade in an Anglo-Caribbean style with white stucco finish, metal roofs, and doors and shutters in a coastal green.
Builder Ross Built Construction collaborated on the project that used durable materials that resist humidity and can withstand saltwater.
The green front door opens to the loggia and the courtyard pool with vistas of the bay.
