The romantic redesign of this 250-year-old waterfront estate in Easton, Maryland carefully preserved the historic home and brought it to the modern age.
Sited on 40 acres along a secluded tributary of Chesapeake Bay, the 10,000-square-foot Georgian Colonial estate was renovated by Charles Paul Goebel Architect and interior designer Weeth Home.
The grand entry hall features a striking spiral staircase with an iron railing. The living room overlooking the reflecting pool is enveloped in a dreamy landscape mural wallpaper by Susan Harter that takes you back in time.
Nearly every room takes advantage of the serene water views of this idyllic setting on the Eastern Shore.
