Design studio Hacin + Associates collaborated with Sea-Dar Construction on the renovation project. The team took great care to preserve key original features such as the Tiffany glass windows and the elegant ribbonlike staircase.
The goal was to create a seamless blend of art, architecture, and design. Art pieces by contemporary artists are incorporated into the overall aesthetic.
