Seaside Academic Village was built by Seaside Institute in Florida. A project to install seven cottages within the Lyceum to accommodate students and faculty from universities who travel to Seaside for courses and workshops created a cozy village.
Each tiny cottage has its own kitchen, living area, bedroom and bathroom.
