This contemporary country house in Dingwall, Scotland, UK incorporates the ruins of a former mill. Designed by Rural Design Architects, the 4,036 square foot house combines the old walls with the new constructions.
The intention of the design is to articulate the modern additions set against the solid stone walls of the mill. All the internal rooms on the ground floor have a direct connection to the internal courtyard which is the focal point of the house.
